The 12 Pillars of Glow Music are the Key principles of action upon which the ministry and it’s ministers are built. They form the core of our organizational culture.
Pillar 1 – Prayer
Key Points:
- Prayer is communication with God.
- Helps reveal God’s wisdom and opens doors.
- Brings peace, spiritual empowerment, and faith.

Pillar 2 – Testimonies
Key Points:
- A testimony is a witness of God’s goodness.
- Glorifies God and strengthens faith.
- Encourages others and opens new doors.

Pillar 3 – Giving
Key Points:
- Giving is an act of worship, gratitude, and love.
- It reflects God’s nature and invites His blessing.
- Through giving, we meet needs and honour God.

Pillar 4 – Praise
Key Points:
- Praise is vocal or demonstrative admiration for God.
- It is a divine calling for believers.
- Praise brings joy, invites God’s presence, and breaks chains.

– Meaning: To shine, to boast, to rave, to celebrate.
Psalm 113:1-3
Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD. Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD’s name is to be praised.
- Yadah (יָדָה)
– Meaning: To throw out hands; to confess or give thanks with extended hands (worshipful surrender). – Psalm 134:2

– Meaning: A song of praise, to sing spontaneous praises that glorify God.
Psalm 22:3
But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises (tehillah) of Israel.

– Meaning: To make music, to celebrate in song and music with instruments.
Psalm 92:1-3
It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.

– Meaning: Thanksgiving with a loud voice or sacrifice of thanks, often before the answer comes.

- Shabach (שָׁבַח)
– Meaning: To shout loudly in triumph; to address in a loud tone.
Psalm 117:1
O praise the LORD, all ye nations: praise (shabach) him, all ye people.
- Barak (בָּרַךְ)
– Meaning: To kneel or bow in blessing and adoration.
