CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP
A Christian leader is called to be a person of character before a person of position, meeting clear biblical requirements that protect God’s people and honor Christ.[1] The New Testament, especially 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, outlines key qualifications that shape how leaders live, love, and serve.

6. Not Violent, Quarrelsome, or Harsh

10. Good Reputation Inside and Outside
Leaders are called to be “ensamples to the flock” (1 Peter 5:3 KJV), modeling Christlike life before others.
“Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil” (1 Timothy 3:7 KJV).
